Till January 9, Chanel is providing fragrance lovers to take part in a festive and immersive olfactory odyssey to (re)uncover the model’s most emblematic scents.
Dubbed “Le Grand Numéro de Chanel”, the occasion takes place on the Grand Palais Éphémère in Paris, France. Admission is free, upon registration.
“Chanel perfumery has an existential intention. Le Grand Numéro de Chanel is an emotional journey, a possibility to find each side of a perfume and the position it performs,” says Thomas du Pré de Saint Maur, Head of World Inventive Sources for Perfume & Magnificence, Advantageous Jewellery & Watches.
An olfactory and immersive journey
The journey begins in the midst of a colossal sq., with a sky filled with glowing symbols, the place partitions discuss and guests are invited to acknowledge the shapes of the model’s emblematic bottles.
A dive into 1921 then permits guests to take part in a re-enactment of the creation of the ionic N°5, and to higher perceive the historic position of the perfume, earlier than discovering a succession of rooms devoted to Likelihood, Bleu, Coco Mademoiselle, and Les Exclusifs.
