We simply completed breakfast; I had a cup of espresso with a slice of do-it-yourself banana bread. My neighbor gave me an enormous bunch of bananas final weekend, and so I made Bitter Cream Banana Bread.
I doubled the quantities and popped all of it in a bundt pan! It was SO straightforward to make and required little or no effort.
Please ignore the wonky bits, LOL! Apparently I didn’t grease that part of the pan sufficient.
I went round giving slices to my neighbors and acquired five-star raves! Connor loves it, too. I’m undoubtedly making it once more quickly. When you’ve got ripe bananas (you’ll want about three) and bitter cream round, give it a strive.
Oh, I want to word I diminished the sugar by a fourth as a result of the bananas I used had been very ripe. Doing that added simply sufficient sweetness with out taking it over the sting. I’m discovering that as I grow old, I don’t like issues which are overly candy. Anyone else discover this, too? It’s WILD to me as a result of I’ve had a candy tooth since I used to be a baby. Bizarre how your style buds change!
